Abstract

Background: Anxiety isthe impactofhospitalizationexperiencedbypre-schoolchildren. The impactofthiscandisturb the developmentandthe healingprocess ofthe children.Play therapy can be applied todeceasechildren’s anxiety.Objective:Describingplay therapy as a nursing careby drawing and colouringpicturesindecreasing anxietylevel of a pre-school child being hospitalized.Method: This scientific paper is an anlytical descriptive with a case studyapproach.The subject is a five-year old child having anxiety.
