I purchased SPSS Statistics for one of my users on 12/07/16 and am looking to get started on the install. As part of the install, I was informed that we need a license key. I've followed the steps outlined in the instruction to log into a license portal and retrieve a key. Unfortunately this was not successful - the portal login information was unsuccessful and attempts to recover the info were never delivered.

I opened a ticket with IBM Support on 12/8/16 and the response was (frankly unbelievable) to wait for an email from them that would direct me to an SSPS User forum where the user community would get the license key. Actress priyanka. The email arrived (copied here):

The URL they list goes to a 404 error page.

So I came here to hopefully connect with someone that can help get me to an IBM Resource that will be able to assist.

Any helpful advice would be appreciated.
